This lovely coffee is what we use for our daily brew. Grown under the birds and shade of the sub tropic forest canopy, this Typica Pluma hails from the Pacific coast of Oaxaca, Mexico at 4000 feet. The village of Pluma Hidalgo is well known for its gourmet coffee.
